When you submit the Project Hatch form, Qezunavor may receive your name, email address, selected project pressure and the context you decide to include. The website also stores a local browser preference when the cookie notice is accepted or dismissed. We do not request payment card details, access credentials, production datasets, private keys or other sensitive system information through the public website.
Enquiry information is used to understand the product situation, reply about potential services and prepare for any later conversation you choose to arrange. It is not sold, rented or used to create advertising audiences. Please remove personal data, confidential client materials and security-sensitive technical details from an initial enquiry unless a separate secure route has been agreed.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, administer an agreed professional relationship or satisfy applicable legal obligations. Limited processing may be performed by providers that operate email, hosting or scheduling functions, only for those purposes and under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. Qezunavor does not sell personal information.
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, subject to legal, contractual or professional recordkeeping obligations. You may also withdraw an enquiry before an engagement begins. Use the Contact route on the homepage and include enough detail to safely identify the relevant communication.
If this policy changes materially, its effective date will be updated on this page. Continued use of the website after publication gives visitors an opportunity to review the new terms of the privacy protocol.
