Effective 21 September 2026. This policy describes the general approach to rescheduling, cancellation and refunds for paid Qezunavor services.
Using the public website or sending an enquiry does not involve a payment. If Qezunavor proposes a paid orientation, product slice or other professional service, the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and project-specific cancellation conditions will be provided in writing before you accept. You can decide not to proceed before a service agreement is confirmed.
If a confirmed session or workshop needs to move, send notice as soon as reasonably possible using the Contact route. With at least 48 hours’ notice, Qezunavor will normally seek an alternative time, subject to capacity and the engagement’s agreed rhythm. Repeated rescheduling may require the team to reset the scope or cadence so the reserved working time remains meaningful.
For less than 48 hours’ notice, the studio will consider the engagement terms, preparation already undertaken and the circumstances described. A late cancellation or missed confirmed session may be charged where time has been reserved and cannot be redeployed. Project-specific conditions in a signed agreement take precedence over this general policy.
If Qezunavor cancels a confirmed paid session and a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, payment for the unused portion will normally be refunded. If delivered work materially differs from the agreed written scope, raise the concern promptly so it can be reviewed with the relevant project materials. Refunds are not based on a particular commercial, technical or product outcome, because engineering work reduces uncertainty rather than guaranteeing a result.
Use the Contact link and include the arrangement date, the name used in the agreement and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment data, credentials or confidential product materials through the initial public form. Qezunavor will reply with an appropriate next step.
